About us

We are a welcoming, friendly boxing club with great atmosphere, open to anyone no matter what level of fitness or experience.

If you're willing to work hard and make an effort then we would love to see you.

Our Classes

Boxing is a great way to increase fitness levels and manage weight. We have a range of boxing and fitness classes that provide fun, full body work outs in a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Our classes are perfect for helping with weight loss and toning and are designed to allow you to work at your own pace.

The Coaches

We are an Affiliated Member of the Amateur Boxing Association of England and our trainers are England Boxing Certified. This allows us to provide both a high level of coaching and offer competitive opportunities to our members on the amateur boxing circuit.

The Gym

Our gym is equipped with an array of boxing equipment including cardio machines, punch bags, free weights and strength and conditioning machines.
