Who is the club open to?

The club is open to everybody, all levels of experience, fitness and age

What is the cost per class?

£3.50 per session or unlimited for £10 a week

​

Do I need to book into classes or can I just turn up?

No, you do not need to book a class, you just turn up. On your first time you would be expected to fill a disclaimer form in.

Do I have to spar?

No, not unless you wanted to

​

How fit do I need to be?

Our classes are designed to allow you to work at your own pace, all levels of fitness and experience are welcome

Do you offer private one to one tuition?

Yes, 1-2-1 service is available on Fridays and Saturdays please get in touch for more information

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free secure on site parking

​

Do I need my own equipment?

We do have boxing gloves that you can borrow. You do not need to own your own

​

Can I buy equipment from you?

Yes, you can buy equipment from us, we have in stock, gloves, wraps, water, water bottles
